This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the Civil Revision Petition as against the order passed in E.A.No.1 of 2023 in E.A.No.3 of 2019 in E.P.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Additional District Court, Virudhunagar, dated 12.07.2023.
2. Mr.T.Thangamani has entered appearance for the respondent. He has no objection to the delay being condoned.
3. I have gone through the affidavit and find that sufficient cause has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.
4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order, and list the matter for admission in the usual course. The Registry shall also print the name of Mr.T.Thangamani, learned counsel for the respondent, in the cause list.
