Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records pertaining to S.C.No. 143/2019 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Dindigul, and quash the same by accepting the joint compromise memo dated 03.02.2020. ORDER:

This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 18.02.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul, vide the letter in D.No.969 of 2020 dated 14.08.2020 and none appeared on both sides, this Court made the following order:
