The present petition is filed seeking for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.1565 of 2020 of Samayanallur Police Station.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the Inspector of Police, Samayanallur Police Station after concluding the investigation in Crime No.1565 of 2020, laid a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti in PRC.No.4 of 2021. 3.Recording the submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
