2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on every first Monday and third Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
