ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.221 of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that even as per the FIR, the petitioner and other accused persons have transported four units of sand illegally. The petitioner is not having any bad antecedent and hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner/A3 is
having three previous cases out of which in one case he was convicted. Hence, he opposed this petition.
5.Considering the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is having three previous cases out of which in one case he was convicted, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
