2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Even though the name of the respondent printed in the cause list, no one has appeared.

Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the HMOP.No.645 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
