Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent No.1 to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 06.11.2019 and consequently to issue a direction directing the respondents to place the petitioner's name in the Approved Probationer List in the post of Senior Revenue Inspector from the date on 03.09.2015, in the light of the order passed by the respondent No.1, dated 31.07.2015 so as to enable to get promotion to the post of Deputy Tahsildar within the time stipulated by this Court.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 06.11.2019, with regard to the promotion to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the first respondent may require three months time to dispose of the appeal.

W.P.(MD) No.3440 of 2021 dispose of the appeal within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
