This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to register the F.I.R. on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2015.

2. The Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.11.2015, an F.I.R. has already been registered in crime No.496 of 2015, for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) I.P.C.on the file of the second respondent.

3.Recording the submissions made by the Government Advocate (criminal side), I am of the view that there is no need for any further adjudication. The respondent police is directed to act as expeditiously as possible on the first information report and this criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
