ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2018 and to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent on instructions, submitted that the investigation with regard to the case in Crime No.8 of 2018 has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai, and the learned Judge has also taken cognizance of the offence and pending in C.C.No.389 of 2018.

4. Since the investigation in this case has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the prayer as such sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
