[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachments made by the 6th respondent in Survey No. 17, Ananchiyur Village, Sakkudi Post, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 on instructions stated that the Board erected in the property in question has been removed by the Tahsildar, Melur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition may be closed.
