A mere perusal of the ground of review clearly show that the petitioner/appellant has not pleaded that the judgment under review suffers from any error apparent on the face of the record or that the review petitioner has come across a document which is not available when the Second Appeal was disposed of despite exercising due diligence. The grounds which are seven in numbers only seeks to challenge the order on its merits. The remedy is therefore not by way of a Review Application.
