The petitioner, a Driver cum Conductor in the Transport Corporation, has filed this writ petition as against the charge memo dated 31.07.2023 and the show cause notice dated 17.08.2023 issued against him.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition on 09.02.2024, granted an order of interim stay. However, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 01.12.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition was directed to be listed today under caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
