ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under sectio 498(A) of IPC in Crime NO. Not known of 2014 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to matrimonial dispute the petitioner harassed the de facto complainant and demanded dowry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that dispute between the accused and the de facto complainant have been settled and now, they are living together.
4. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)
5. The Mediation Report datd 24/4/2015, also reveals the dispute between the husband and wife was settled.
6. In view of the subsequent development, the respondent shall close the petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
