This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated Page No. 1 of 4
30.11.2024 and 02.12.2024.
2. According to the petitioner, on 29.11.2024 around 10.00 a.m., when he was in the garden at Ponnakudi, one Yusuf Wasim Raja and Syed Ibrahim had trespassed into the garden, harassed him and also wrongfully confined and abducted him in the Car. Thereafter, they stopped the car before the Nanguneri Toll Gate, Madurai Bypass. At that time, they asked another two persons to lift the petitioner who came in another car. They also beat and threatened him to settle amount, and also indulged in the criminal activities. Therefore, he gave a complaint dated 30.11.2024 before the second respondent, but no action was taken. Again, he sent a representation dated 02.01.2025 to the first respondent, but no action was taken. Hence, he filed the present petition.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that they received the representations of the petitioner and now the matter is under enquiry and they will complete the enquiry within one week.

In view of the above said representation of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and recording the same, it is appropriate to direct the respondents to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 30.11.2024 and 02.01.2025, within a week from the date of this Order. Accordingly ordered.
6. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
