Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl side) for respondent, this Court made the following order: All these petitions are filed seeking to extent the time to deposit the misappropriated amount, granted by this Court in Crl.RC (MD)Nos.936, 937 and 939 of 2010 respectively. 2.This Court by order dated 20.06.2019 passed the following order:- "3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the revision petitioner to deposit the said misappropriated amounts to the credit of respective calender cases within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The compensation amount so deposited by the revision petitioner can be withdrawn by the concerned bank.

If the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount within the aforesaid period as undertaken before this Court, the sentences passed by the trial Court would stand automatically restored. The conviction and fine amounts imposed on the revision petitioner in each cases are confirmed. The sentences of imprisonment alone are set aside. These criminal revision cases are partly allowed." 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the time limit granted to deposit the misappropriated amount is already expired, hence, these petitions are filed seeking for extension of time.
