Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Crime No. 178/2024, on the file of the 1st respondent U/s.191(2), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) and 49 of the Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 in so far as the petitioner's herein and quash the same as illegal.
