RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13994 of 2020 by order dated 04.12.2020. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13994 of 2020 on 04.12.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly. However, the petitioner is a coolie and he is unable to go for any work, due to which, he is ready and willing to appear before the respondent Police and hence, he prayed for modification of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.13994 of 2020 on 04.12.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, on every Friday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of committal proceedings.
