ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus forbearing the respondents not to put up any road in the petitioner's patta agriculture land which is situated in S.No.440/3 at Surandai Revenue Village, V.K.Pudhur, Tenkasi District.

2. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, pending writ petition, a survey was conducted and it has been found that the road has been laid in adjacent survey number namely Survey No.440/2. Therefore, he does not have any grievance as of now.
