ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
