Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.P.MUTHU PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7672 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.377 of 2020, dated 22.01.2021.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly.
