Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 02.02.2016.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified as follows:

"The Petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days i.e., at 10.30 a.m. on first working day of every first and third week of every month until further orders." sd/- 01/03/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
