ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.Swaminathan J.) The authorities have passed order under Section 79 of the HR & CE Act. Aggrieved by the same, the encroachers had also moved the jurisdictional civil Court. The authorities will inform the petitioners that if interim order is not obtained within 12 weeks from today, they will have to enforce the eviction order.
