RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 1079 of 2016 dt. 21.01.2016 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in all petitions and of Mr.A.P.BALASUBRAMANI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent in all petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioners is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioner, is modified as follows:

"The petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30a.m. On first working day of every week until further orders."
