ORDER

Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that appropriate orders will be passed on or before 14.02.2022 on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2022.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court directs the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.02.2022 on merits and in accordance with law by 14.02.2022, by duly considering the orders passed in W.P.(MD) No.2832 of 2021 dated 15.02.2021.

3.With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
