O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the second respondent to remove the iron grill gates put up alongside the Nandi Kovil Street, Teppakulam, Tiruchirappalli and thereby permit the street vendors around the Nandi Kovil Street, Theppakulam, Trichy District to conduct their street vending business in accordance with the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 would submit that the grill gates put up in front of the shops are removed by the Corporation.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
