The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent/Teacher brought to our notice that the appointment of the first respondent in the post of P.G.Assistant (English) has already been approved by the competent Educational Authority and therefore, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this writ appeal.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of the appellants has also no objection for disposal of this writ appeal, since the appointment of the first respondent/Teacher has already been approved. 2/4
