The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after some arguments, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and also prayed for liberty to urge all the points before the trial Court at an appropriate stage. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement so made, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
