ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint a competent police officer in the rank of IPS cadre to investigate the case in Crime No.64 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2014 has been completed by the fourth respondent and a charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.57 of 2017.
