This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to remove the political banner hanging on the petitioner's property in Old Survey No. 147/1 and New Survey No. 147/8, covering an extent of 15 cents, situated at Athipaakkam Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2020.

2. According to the petitioner, the banner was affixed on their wall without obtaining prior permission from both the local authority and the petitioner. Therefore, the respondents are directed to remove the banner forthwith.
