2. With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself, dispensing with the notice to the second respondent, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against her.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property bearing Survey No.209/3A3, measuring an extent of 50 cents, situated at Railway Feeder Road, Sankarankovil. A joint patta has already been issued in the name of the petitioner and others. The petitioner submitted an application dated 15.05.2025 seeking issuance of a separate patta. As the same was not considered, the petitioner filed W.P.(MD) No.16593 of 2025 before this Court. By order dated 28.09.2025, this Court directed the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application for separate patta.

4. However, the first respondent, in collusion with the second respondent and with mala fide intention, proceeded to take steps to pass orders without properly verifying the relevant documents. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a detailed objection dated 24.12.2025, which has also not been considered by the first respondent.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's objection dated 24.12.2025 would be considered by the first respondent before passing orders on the petitioner's application dated 15.05.2025, within a period of eight weeks.

6. Recording the above submission and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's objection dated 24.12.2025 before passing orders on the petitioner's application dated 15.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is also directed to afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the second respondent and any other interested parties who may be affected by such decision, before passing orders. No costs.
