PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the final report laid in Crime No.1176 of 2011 taken in S.C.No.160 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and strike down as illegal and further to direct other agency to conduct fresh investigation in Crime No.1176 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and lay the proper final report.

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.160 of 2013 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and also conduct fresh investigation in Crime No.1176 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police for filing proper final report.

2.The prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court to invoke Sections 216 and 319 Cr.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
