O R D E R

The learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the respondent College made a submission that a writ appeal in W.P.(MD) No.2102/2021 is filed and now subjudiced before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners made a submission that for the past about 10 years, no salary has been paid to the petitioners.

3. The petitioners have to approach the Hon'ble Division Bench for redressal of their grievances. As far as the contempt petition is concerned, keeping the contempt petition pending will not serve any purpose. The petitioners are at liberty to restore the contempt petition, after the disposal of the writ appeal. With this liberty, the contempt petition stands closed.
