PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 12.02.2022. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
