ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 30/03/2023 and the requisition letter in D.No.198/2025 dated 17/03/2025 submitted by the Additional District Judge (FAC), Sivgangai, this Court made the following Order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 30.03.2023, has directed the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2018 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of that judgment. The learned Additional District Judge (FAC), Sivagangai, has then submitted a requisition, dated 05.07.2024 seeking further time and this Court, taking note of the reasons assigned, has granted six months further time to dispose of the said suit. Now, the learned Additional District Judge (FAC), Sivagangai, has sent a requisition, dated 17.03.2025 seeking further one month time for disposal of the case.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, one month time is extended for disposing the suit in O.S.No.64 of 2018 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
