When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent 1/3

police, submits that the petition enquiry was conducted in C.S.R. No.27 of 2025 and complaint was closed. Hence, there is no case and no FIR has been registered against the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
