O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.7 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that already investigation in Crime No.7 of 2016 has been completed and the final report has been filed before the TNPID Court, Madurai and the same has also been taken cognizance in C.C.No.3 of 2019.

3. Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
