The petitioner seeks a direction for speedy disposal of S.A.No.195 of 2020 which is pending on the file of the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai.

2. Mr.P.Thevan, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

Considering the fact that after hearing the matter and reserving orders by the Presiding Officer, the matter has been adjourned over a year without any progress, there will be a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, to dispose of the application in S.A.No.195 of 200, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
