When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents by referring to the written instructions of the District Educational Officer dated 22.02.2026 submits that the approval of the appointment of the petitioner's employee is being processed and it would be finalised on or before 15.03.2026.

2.Based on the above undertaking, with a hope that the respondents would comply with the orders of this court, this contempt petition is closed for the present.
