ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.200 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, on 18.09.2015 the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapon and abused him with filthy language.

3.The case of the petitioner is that he is an innocent person and he has not committed and offence and he is in judicial custody from 26.10.2015 and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner was arrested in Cr.No.540 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC and he has been released on bail on 20.11.2015 and the injured had already been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner was arrested in Cr.No.540 of 2015 and released on bail on 20.11.2015 and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital and he is in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

judicial custody from 26.10.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
