PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the records of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/370/2019 on 12.06.2019 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, violation of law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the notice dated 12.06.2019 given by the Revenue Divisional Officer for enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the official respondents.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint given by the third respondent to the Revenue Divisional Officer the impugned notice for enquiry has been issued and now the complaint has been referred to the Superintendant of Police, Trichy, and the Revenue Divisional Officer is no more conducting any enquiry on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
