This petition is filed to quash the final report filed in C.C.No.315 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil.
2.Heard Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5, 7 as well as Mr.M.Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the 6th respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has placed many ground to quash the charge sheet, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the concerned court to dispose of the case within a time frame.
4.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.315 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
