PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the complaint on the file of the second respondent to some other independent or specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the complaint pending on the file of the second respondent to some other independent or specialized agency like CBI or CBCID of Madurai District based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioner has given complaint before the second respondent herein against her husband and her relatives. Since the said complaint was not taken up for investigation, she has filed the present petitioner with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

4. Perusal of the typed set of papers, it could be seen that the petitioner has only sent a representation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. No specific complaint has been given before the second respondent. Without giving any specific https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint, the petitioner cannot seek any direction from this Court. The present petition is nothing but a pure abuse of process of law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
