ORDER

To set aside the fair and decreetal order, dated 16.12.2020 passed in I.A No.2 of 2020 in O.S No.191 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit in O.S.191 of 2014, on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukkottai has been disposed of on 15.12.2022.
