ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing them under the guise of an enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.67 of 2024.

3. The respondent police is not supposed to keep the petition/enquiry pending for more than four weeks. The petitioners and the private respondent are directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is expected to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, the respondent police is expected not to harass the petitioners.
