ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3, in Crime No.301 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested on 24.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 324 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act and hence, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 23.10.2015 at 7.45 p.m., the petitioner along with the other accused went to the hotel run by the defacto complainant and ordered for parcel dosa and with regard to the rate of food, some wordy quarrel arose between them and the accused attacked the de-facto complainant and hence, the case has been registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they are no way connected with the occurrence and it is further submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 24.10.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and the injured has been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
