ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to call for the records concerning the F.I.R in Crime No.269 of 2014 dated 10.04.2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Crime Police Station, Trichy and quash the same.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, a case has been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.269 of 2014 for the alleged offences under Sections 417, 418, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and after investigation, the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact'. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
