ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the records in FIR connection with Cr.No.551 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same in so for as above Petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai through e-filing No.LTW2023001763C202500636. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report in the aforesaid case. The learned Trial Court is directed to take the Final Report on file forthwith.
