This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to some other impartial investigating agency.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that already the case in Crime No.3 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent has been closed as 'Action Dropped' on 12.02.2015.
