O R D E R

The petitioner has filed to withdraw the case in Crime NO.30 of 2015 from investigation of the second respondent and to make over to the third respondent to carry out the unbiased investigation according to law.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. It is seen that this petitioner who is an accused in Cr.NO.30 of 2015 has filed this petition to withdraw the case from the file of the second respondent and to hand it over to the third respondent.. In the considered opinion of this Court, this petition has been filed only as a shield to protect the petitioner from being arrest. This Court does not find any infirmity in the investigation done by the police.

4. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed.
