CRIME NO.442 OF 2016 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P.(MD) No.19007 of 2016 dated 03.10.2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.JEYAPRAKASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. This Court by order dated 21.02.2017 directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.800/- to the High Court Legal Services Committeee, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. Today proof of payment of the said amount was filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that final report was filed and the same is pending in P.R.C.No.56 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the

fact that charge sheet was filed in P.R.C.No.56 of 2016, the absence of the petitioner is condoned and the condition is relaxed.
